Is Revue still up & running?
    if so, try this,

    • From Revue, unplug (disconnect) Power cord, HDMI cables & any USB device - Wait 15 min before re-connect.
    • Force stop/Clear data Youtube App - go to Settings > Application > Running services > ALL > scroll down the list - select Youtube -- press [Ok] > "Force stop" > "Clear data"
    • Try it.

    if not,

    • uninstall Youtube App - go to Settings > Application > Running services > ALL > scroll down the list - select Youtube -- press [Ok] > "uninstall"
    • Remove "Google account" Go to "Settings" > "Account & sync" > "Manage accounts" > Remove "Google account".
    • Re-add "Google account" - you may Create a new "Google Account" (avoid using the old account).
(note: YouTube App may auto update instantly after re-adding "Google account" ).
    • Launch "Google Play Store" > "My Apps" > & try to update YouTube App.

IF Revue is not up & running,
    try this,

    • From Revue, unplug (disconnect) Power cord, HDMI cables & any USB device - Wait 15 min before re-connect (no USB device).
    • Perform a Factory-Reset - Hold down the button on the back of the Revue until the TV-logo comes up. (it may takes about 40 seconds) -> then the progress bar will display... (note: Factory-Reset will erases all data on device - like new Device).
    • At sign-in > Create a new "Google Account" (avoid using the old account).
    • Try it
