I would suggest calling Sony Technical Support, this sounds like part of the WiFi bugs that got released with the Android 3.1 (Honeycomb) update. So far, I believe they've only patched the DHCP bug.

    Net gear 3700 router
    comcast provider

    wifi is not working
wifi connects to router but says no internet
connects to tethered 3G phone and works fine
    ethernet cable works great also
moved tv close to router= no luck
included Mac address in list of devices that can connect to router
i also have a reserved ip addy for everything that connects to router, including tv
unplugged everything in house that could cause interference before trying to connect still no luck
even tried connecting to 5ghz band on router

The only thing I haven't tried yet restoring the factory default settings on the router
this forum is he first I hear of there being a problem with the operating system

These are the top five things which I would personally check:

    1. Is there a firmware up to date for the router?
    2. Is the Google TV device able to obtain an DHCP IP address?
    3. Does using a static address make it better?
    4. Does using an ethernet cable make it better?
    5. Am I wearing my lucky pair of orange color socks?
