I am able to get a 250GB Seagate Barracuda 7200.8, ST3250823A drive to work but can not get a 300GB Seagate Barracuda ST3300831A drive to work. The 300GB drive causes either NSZ-GT1 I am using to crash. I formatted both exFAT and even tried a second full format for the 300GB drive that won't work but that didn't help. I am using a Rosewill RX35-AT-IU USB 2.0 enclosure with both drives and both drives work fine with a Windows Vista PC. I couldn't get the Vista PC to give me an option to format the drive FAT32, only exFAT or NTFS.
