unable to refresh TV and movie listings

    I am getting the following message when trying to access primetime and the quick guide:

    "Unable to refresh TV and Movie listings for Quick Guide.
    This may just be a fluke or there may be a problem with the network"

    Is anyone else receiving this error? If not how can I correct it. My Internet is working and I have already force closed the app. Should I try deleting the data? Any info is worthwhile.

    Clearing the data in the application management resolved this issue for me.

    What app did you clear? I'm getting this same error. I cleared Primetime, but it didn't fix it. BTW, this is on my Logitech Revue. I doubt that makes a difference though.

    ^ Primetime App.

    try this,

    . First "Clear data" then "Force stop" followed by "Reboot" GS7.

    if not, try this,

    . First "Clear data" then "Force stop" followed by "Reset" GS7.

    Hi

    This problem seems to be system-wide for short periods. Usually after 2:00 am. But the easiest way to tell it's the system & not yer box: Open Primetime App; scroll down left navigation bar to "Options." Click on "Personalization," then on e-mail address. Hit back & the page should refresh. Btw, this can also be done after any major channel editing. If not you're gonna have to wait it out. It usually lasts an hour or so. Behind the scenes tweaking?

    If problem persists, Force Close Primetime app.

    Yes also keep in mind... Sometimes you may have to power down and unplug the NSZ to completely reset it after clearing data and force stopping. Its a very occasional error.

    Another way to confirm that it was the system, after an outage, you will usually see the prompt to start rating. Just click "Not Now." and your page should show up w/settings intact.
