Hi all, I recently bought a Vizio Co-star and WD MyBookLive a private cloud.
I've already connected and I can see pictures and listen to music using the Twonky on the wd and vimu on vizio.
The problem arises with the videos, i could play some videos but without sound ... and I cant play MKV because when i try there is an audio format error report.

Using DicePlayer on my tablet i can see all the videos on the tablet WITHOUT ANY problem, which leads me to suspect it's a problem of Vizio codecs.

Since both devices I have the latest firmware installed.
Can someone help me with this?
    Thank you!

You don't mention which codecs are used in the files that won't play, MKV is just a container, but I suspect the problem is you are using codecs which the Co-Star can not handle. Here is a list of the various Google TV models and codecs handled:

Video and audio formats - ViMu Player - Your Google TV Media player

With the upcoming update to Jellybean, there may be ways additional codecs can be handled without transcoding but I don't have any information to do anything other than speculate at this point.
