I got back from the gym, and turned my Sony NSZ GT1 to find a message from Time Warner stating "Attention, your ITV has been disabled, please contact (718) 358-0900 for more information". I called an the customer support person I was talking to has never herd of that message before. He reset my box and everything worked fine again. He did say that he was going to make a note in the system and look further into it when I get off the phone. He said if it happens again to call, and they might have some more information about it then. What the hell could this be about? They clearly knew I was using a GTV box.
