Maybe it’s a little early to tell, but this long list shows Sony NSZ-GS7 got considerable hardware upgrade & file support over Revue.

It is not too early to tell, it does much more in terms of file support, no question. It looks snappy, pages load quickly, based on watching the few videos I have seen so I suspect it is in fact an improvement on the hardware side as well with much greater RAM and a different processor. One thing I sure can't tell is ease of use comparing the Sony remote to a full-sized keyboard. I love the Revue keyboard for my needs using this type of product. I think it will smoke the Vizio Google TV box also which it must do to justify its premium.
