Hello all. This is my first post. I have only done some cursory searching, so feel free to pull the old "did you use search" response. I have had my Revue for about two months and up until the last few weeks, it has been awesome. I am connected to a Uverse CISCO box. After about a couple of days of no use, when I turn my TV back on to watch a show or surf the net, my Revue unit has reset. It basically goes back to the way is was out of the box. I have to go back through all of the setup (TV, CABLE, AVR) and none of my settings (ie custom remote functions) are also reset. Does anyone know what the issue might be? Should I contact Logitech? Should I try to get a new unit from Tiger Direct? I've been waiting until the HC update, but I'm at a point where I'm going through withdrawal since i've completely disconnected it from of my system.
