    Hi All,

I just setup the Revue yesterday and have a few questions. I'm very new to Google TV and Android world.
    1. How and where to check if i have the android 3.1 version?
    2. How to enable or disable pop-ups in the chrome browser? Whats the default setting?
    3. How to close the browser after opening any URL?
    4. Is there any chances of virus/spyware coming through websites? if yes, how to prevent its occurrence?
    5. How to check/access Revue settings (wanna check my screen resolution etc)?
    Appreciate all your response.

    Thanks

GTV Settings > About > Firmware version & Build number

This hasn't been addressed in the current Google TV version of Chrome.

[Ctrl]+[W] Closes the active tab in Chrome.

The most you'd have to worry about the Chrome browser are the phishing schemes. Malware is only applicable if you install Android apps. Google does not impose any type of vetting process for apps in the Android Market. So, you have to be very careful that you understand any permissions that you may be authorizing for any app.

GTV Settings can be accessed via GTV Home > All Apps > Settings

Some more questions after 2 days of usage. I'm loving the Revue so far.

I'm leaving the revue box powered on even at nights when not in use. Is it OK? The keyboard has the on-off switch, so easier.

I have an old wireless router (G) and revue performance is good. What will happen if I get a new dual band router?

I'm unable to get foreign language fonts in the browser. Is it not possible to download due to limited HDD capacity?

    Thanks

I leave mine powered on all night. You will see better performance with a dual band Gigabit router, although if wireless, the revuedoesnt connect at 5ghz frequency. As for the language, I'm not sure.

    Thank you.

Any recommendations for the best dual band gigabit from linksys 4200 or netgear 3700/800 or asus rt-n56u?

I have the netgear 3700 and the revue is connected via Ethernet. I also have a PC and MyBook connected using Ethernet aswell as 2 tablets and another laptop connected through wifi and it has no problems. I use Netflix often and have never had any issues.
