Revue model numbers?

    I have seen revues with different model numbers ie 996-000104 and 970-000001 wut is the differents?

    996-000104 is refurbished.

    No, none of that is real, just misinformation. There are not two different Revue models. All Revues came with the Logitech K700 keyboard and it does not have a power cord to charge batteries, although you can use rechargeable batteries which must be charged in a separate charger. None of the other differences you list are real either.
