When I connected WoW cable to Revue, I noticed that the picture is slightly darker and not as clear (hazy) as it used to be. Is this normal? I also noticed that the batteries were already in the keyboard. I bought it from amazon.

I noticed the same picture change and I am on uVerse.

are you using the cable provided by Logitech or other HDMI cables?

My batteries were in the keyboard as well - bought through Best Buy.

Yes I used the enclosed HDMI cable. Is it cheap or something? Regarding the batteries, very odd that they are already in the keyboard. First product I bought to ever do that. I wish the keyboard had a back light so it can be used in the dark.

I agree on the backlit keyboard - it would be awsome.

I am going to swap out the included HDMI cable tonight / tomorrow to see if it makes a difference and will let you know. Mine is currently, uVerse ->> Logi cable with filter @ Logi end ->> Logi ->> My HDMI cable ->> TV.

Did you have to try using a different HDMI cable?

Yeah, looks the same - checked it out today on some of the pre-season NFL games. Its just noticeable enough to be annoying... lol

What do you mean by "with filter"? From others I talked to, they have problems with the sound being too low. The sound is fine with me, but the picture is kind of dark. What kind of TV you have? I have a panny 55in plasma using the cinema setting.

He's talking about those ferrite cores at the end of the cable next to the plug. They really don't do anything but they make people feel better when they see them on cables for some reason. It's kind of like an adult pacifier for people who don't know any better.

    Exactly. (more info here)

The only sound issues that I have seen is though the browser - which I expect.

My TV is a Sharp 46" LCD.
