Questions on Revue capabilities - Please HELP!

I'm not sure if this is possible but I am looking for a media player that can do two things:

1. Wirelessly stream downloaded/uploaded files from my PC to my TV.
2. Wirelessly stream whatever is on my TV to my Android phone/tablet.

Is this possible with the Revue or any ONE device? I was hoping there would be an Android app that allows #2 to happen that is not a Slingbox because I am fairly confident a Slingbox can't do #1.

 

Would something such as this Airtight app be of use to you? It's compatible with GTV devices:

For question 1 you can use either drop box or Google drive and get the gtv player app for the revue.
