Problems with setting up my DVR and TV on setup

    My DVR (Samsung) and TV (Vizio) model numbers are not in the Hisense database evidently.

    I can seems to get them setup to be controlled by the remote.

    Any thoughts? or work-arounds?

    I don't have a Hisense Pulse but a different Vizio TV and different Samsung DVR model number selection could allow set up and proper control, finding the right one may require some guess work. It should allow you to test each before moving on and I would think the Vizio TV should be fairly easy to find and set up. It may be there is only one Samsung DVR IR code which will work with all models or if no Samsung DVR models are shown, a different manufacturer might work and an internet search for possible makes could find the right one.
