    This is the error I get when I try to go to "Live" in PrimeTime.
    I'm using an Ethernet connection and Comcast through my TiVo.

    The options I get are to check my network settings or refresh.
    I tried everything there and uninstalled and updated the PrimeTime app.
    Turning unit off at the box and power back on...

    I tried searching the forum and didn't see similar issues...
    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Also if I try Quick Guide, I get the error
    Unable to refresh TV and movie listings

    Hi

    While in the Primetime app, scroll down to the Options icon. Click on personalization. Then click on your email address and hit back. Go to home settings and click on Video imput and make sure your cable box or TIVO is the device listed. While in TV mode click Menu and Edit Channel Listing. Make sure your listing is properly edited. To bring up the Quick Guide you must check the box in the Primetime app under the same options.

    If you still have a problem, try deleting all updates in the Primetime app. Once you have successfully cleared all updates you should see the old version of the Primetime app. Repeat this step until you do. After the old version shows up, give the app time to update. Once ya have the updated Primetime app, everything should work for ya.

    If none of the above works then a factory reset may be needed. Before doing this you should backup your apps and bookmarks by using the sync & restore feature.

    I had the same problem. I cleared the app cache, but that did not help. I did a reboot(ctrl,alt,del.) and that solved the problem.
