I'm having an issue where my PrimeTime app never refreshes the channel and programming information. Details: Vizio Co-Star Comcast Digital Cable Box and DVR Cisco RNG200 Channel Provider - Monmouth County NJ Comcast (don't want to give further details on location for privacy reasons) All other internet capable applications are working as intended. So far I've tried the following steps. 1.) Turn on/off Vizio 2.) Turn on/off the cable box 3.) Unplugged both 4.) Went through cable box setup wizard again 5.) Went through and killed running applications which may be caching information (this has worked in the past for similar problems). 6.)
