Primetime app....Comcast and Co-Star

    I have a Co-Star and just recently got Comcast Cable. I have the Comcast RNG110 HD box. My problem is when I try to set up Primetime everything goes fine for a while during setup. It gets to the point to where it asks if I can see my video in the box on the right. Which I can, so everything seems to be ok. Then when I click continue it says the device could not be paired and then closes. I was wondering if anyone might have an idea to what is wrong here. Thanks in advance.

    I had the same problem.
    Go to Guided Setup > Video and Audio devices > DVR. You should get the "No Service Providers" error.
    Go to skip at the bottom and confirm skip on the popup screen. On the next screen type PACE in the brand box and continue.
    Enter RNG110 and continue.
    Follow the instructions for selecting the remote code and you should be good to go.
