What do I do if picture and sound is choppy during video or music playback on my Logitech Revue?

If the picture or sound is choppy when you watch a video or listen to music, try the following troublshooting steps:

    • Play other videos or music files to see if they play back without any choppy picture or sound.
    • If connected using wireless, try moving Revue closer to the wireless router
    • You can also check your wireless signal strength
      • From the Home screen, select Applications > Settings > Network > Wi-Fi settings
      • The signal strength icon should show three full bars for best performance
    • Power cycle your networking devices (modem/router/switch/hub)
    • Ensure other devices on your network are not using significant bandwidth
    • Try bypassing the router/switch by obtaining a direct connection to the ISP modem
