Has anyone tested out OnLive on the co-star? How well does the remote work for controlling the games?

Onlive is great. I've used the pc version and android version (Nexus 7). Luckily, the GTV version has a more complete library of titles than the regular android version. I haven't used the remote with Onlive since I've owned the Onlive Wireless Controller for quite some time now. The controller works great no matter what device I've used it with.

Sent from my Galaxy Nexus running XenonHD v8.0!

Would you be able to test it out using the Vizio remote? I know it probably won't fully support all the games, but I'd like to know how quick the game responds to the remote. I haven't gotten my box yet, but I'm just curious as to see how it works.

I was able to play Braid with the Co-star remote. It worked well but had some lag, not sure if it was my connection or the remote though.

It does seem to kind of lag a little in the menus. I don't know about in game though. Haven't had a chance to try it out.

We need to confirm whether anything other than the official OnLive Universal Controller works for playing games. I can confirm that a wired Xbox 360 controller and a PS3 controller do NOT work.

Has anyone tried a mouse and keyboard?

I have a wireless keyboard and mouse that is connected with a dongle to a USB hub on the co-star. The mouse isn't recognized by on-live. You can see the curser but you can't click on anything

I will say some of the games on Onlive are meant for the controller others are for keyboard and yes there is some leg. the leg is not as bad with the controller imo

I am unable to play any onlive games using the Vizio costar remote. The app tells me that I must purchase their universal controller to play any games!! What kind of rip off is this? How did the person above play a game using it?
