I get a notification virtually every day for what I guess is a Revue update (not an update to an app). I successfully updated to 3.1 long ago. I see the notice in the update box at the left side of my Home screen. It just says "An update is available". When I click on it, I see the "Loading" box for a few seconds and then I'm taken to the My Apps screen. There's no indication anywhere of exactly what updated. Is this probably just a glitch? I can easily live with it if it is. Any ideas?

Sounds like an App update is available - anyway when you get to the "My Apps "screen, select each App & look at the right side you may see an [update] box, Select it & press [OK] - If not, reboot Revue.

    Good Luck!

More than likely the NBA app update, which fails to install on the Revue...

You should check to see if there are any more notifications. Some of the app which were included with the operating system will automatically update with out intervention. If this happens an additional update should be seen in the notification area noting which updates have been updated successfully.

The NBA Game Time will error out when you try to "Update" it. So as a work-a-round, you have to go into the "More Info" then click "Install". I believe the problem has to do with the install process trying to remove the original software from the system partition. This partition has been mounted read only and does not have the privileged to do delete it. Instead, it should install the new copy in the fuser partition and replace the link instead.

Thanks eferz - I worked it out eventually (should've know with the pre installed apps, since I've been messing around with Android for years...)

The NBA Game Time update in the Market installed today without any issues. I guess the problem was with the server-side part of the Market. There is also an update to the aVia Media player.
