I purchased the Logitech Revue with Google TV in June of 2011 @ Best Buy for 249.99. I know see that the price has been lowered to $99.00. Who can I write/email to ..to see if I can possibly get the difference of the cost that I paid $249.00? I'm past the 30 day return policy @ Best Buy and could really use the $150.00 towards something else. I have my receipt from Best Buy as proof of my purchase.
I have no idea how, where or who to bring this attention to. Any thoughts or ideas greatly appreciated!

    Thank You,

    Frustrated Logitech Revue customer!

Unfortunately I don't think there is much you can do. I have heard that some people that call Logitech customer service and voice a strong complaint are given a $25 coupon towards future Logitech purchases. So I suggest you phone Logitech.

Thanks for starting this thread Clevan67 .
I ran across it just by chance last night while I was waiting for the pizza guy,
and am SO GLAD I did!

I bought my Revue in June @ the $199 price tag and have been pissed about it ever since.
The device is just lacking too much at this stage to feel comfortable with paying that amount.
In July my Keyboard started acting up so Amazon replaced the whole system because I was within my 30 days.
(doing that caused the new system to fall under a new order date)
Knowing that, when I saw this thread of the price being dropped to $99,
I rushed to check the date on the replacement.
The 30 day period literally runs out today,
so I called Amazon last night and asked for the $100 difference to be refunded.
They tried to give me some BS about how they won't refund the difference of a price drop unless the item hasn't shipped yet.
    What a bunch of garbage.
    I said fine,
then they need to issue me a prepaid return label because I'm not satisfied with the device.
(I'm sure you all can see where I'm going with this)
After the return label was issued I thanked them of course,
then told them that I'd be placing an order for the same device at the $99 price as soon as I get off the phone with them, and I'm going to get my $100 out of it anyway.
So basically Amazon cost themselves extra shipping and processing (both ways) just because of their lame a$$ policy.
    :p:p:p:p:p

I really feel bad for you guys that bought this thing in 2010 though.
I'm sure your butts are STILL sore. ;)
However....it really makes me wonder just how useless this thing may become if the price has been dropped that drastically.
It kind of makes me wonder if certain deals fell through,
and if we're all stuck with something that just isn't going to grow...at least not anytime soon.

Either way, at $99....I'm not gonna *****.
