Hello All, I just got out of a chat session with a Vizio Rep. In short, a post 2.3.1 update is rolling out now. Keep you eyes out for the update. Eric Faris: i thnk so Kali: Thank you, Do you have a case number? Eric Faris: no Eric Faris: I was just wondering if there is an update planned to fix the AC3 and DTS audio issues that are known. Kali: We re in the process of rolling out an update for the AC3 and DTS issues. Your CoStar will notify you once the update is available. Eric Faris: Does in the process mean today, this week, next month? Any ETA? Kali: It is has already started going out. We release the updates in small numbers each day to make sure the updates don't cause any other unforeseen issues with the CoStars. It can take up to 3 weeks to receive the update, but since we have only sold a limited amount of units, it should be much sooner than that. Eric Faris: Wow.
