    Hello,

I have the logitech box and it has been working just fine for about 8 months. Today, Netflix won't stream any movies. The app loads, I can scroll through the movies, but when selected, hitting the OK button doesn't start playing the movie like it did yesterday. I know the OK button function works since I used it for selecting other choices. I tried the left mouse button with no luck. I tried unplugging the power cord and letting the box boot up but it didn't help. Can I re-install the app? Are there other steps I am missing? I have an Netflix on my Ipad and it streams movies just fine so I know it's not my account. Any suggestions?

    Rick

UPDATE: I tried hitting the play button. The loading progress bar showed 1/4 of the red bar loaded, then the loading stopped completely. I tried a different movie and the same error repeated+

I'm getting the same problem, it worked an hour half ago and now it isn't. I'm using a GTV and not a Revue. Seems like a problem on Netflix's end.

I'm having the same problem with logitech and Sony google tv. Streams fine on phone. System update flashed on screen of Sony tv as I'm typing this. Logitech showing red loading bar at one quarter, which is what the Sony tv also showed but went to the update.

Bought my Revue on Saturday and have watched hours of Netflix. Quit working tonight with same symptoms as others. Works fine on the PC.

Bought Logitech revue yesterday, netflix worked fine. Today I can browse movies, but OK button does not work and movies wont play. Mouse also does not work. If I hit the play button, I get the loading screen and it sits there at 25%

The OK function would not take the command on Netflix, it stop working on my Logitech Revuew box yesterday night OCT 4 around 11pm ET.
I clear all history and Cache, it did not help. I have two Logitech Revue box, I check that from my second box, it work just fine.
I power cycle, factory default my Logitech Revue - same problem. After trying for almost 1 hours, I gives up and plan to call to Logitech today.
Before I make the call today, I check on netflix again, it now allow me to select and stream the movie. This is bad.. something must be wrong.. here.. hope this don't happend again.. or if it does, give some error message or something to show the user what is wrong...

Hey everyone. Looks like I missed a shet storm last night with Netflix. I woke up today and tested that Netflix is indeed working again without any intervention on my end. It appears as though Netflix had once of those device outages last night. This has happened to me in the past with either my iPad or Xbox. If this happens to you on any device make sure you report it to Netflix from the "Your account & help" link from the website. Netflix will typically issue you a credit for your inconvenience.
