Netflix not loading

    For the last week when I try to load Netflix it goes to the startup screen, then a white Netflix screen and then repeats in an endless loop. I have tried restarting by remote and by unplugging, checked for updates and don't know what else to do. Any ideas?

    Go into Settings→Applications and force close the app. You might as well clear the apps data while you're there. Reopen Netflix. If the problems persists try uninstalling updates and reinstalling from the Play Store.

    I have had the same issues for weeks now, I know it's not my connection or anything because I can get on netflix everywhere else. I came home from a business trip last night and it just sat in an endless loop. Also I don't think we can un-install netflix since it was preinstalled on the TV and I can't find the app in the google app store for the tv it doesn't show for me. Does anyone else have any suggestions?

    As was mentioned try going to settings then force stop and clear all data from the Netflix app.

    If that doesn't work try a factory reset of your GTV device.

    Also it's a good idea to reboot your router.

    I had the same problem. force stopping netflix and then clearing all data resolved it.

    force stopping and clear data still wouldnt let netflix work for me
