Netflix - Can't select Yes/No when signing as a current member

    Hi.. after the update, I can't sign in. The yes/no is not clickable. Any thoughts?

    I think you will find if you use the left side navigation wheel to get to that option and then use that center enter you will be able to get to the yes/no.

    I hope this helps......it worked for me.

    Hi Nicole,

    The day before your response, I figured it out too and thought, now I feel silly for writing in here haha. The right side moved the mouse, but the clicker part doesn't work. Thanks!!

    The mouse controls of the NSG-MR1 right side is completely useless in the Netflix app. As Nicole pointed out, you must use the D-Pad controls on the left side of the remote controller including the "Enter" button.

    Yep.. what through me off though was that the mouse pointer moved around, but you can't click with it.

    At least this new version changes the standard mouse pointer into a symbol of a circle with a line across to signify the lack of compatibility.

    Hmm, I'll have to look for that. Didn't notice (obviously haha)
