Netflix apps doesn't work

    Hi there
    Tried early today to watch netflix via my co-star
    I was surprised to notice that when i fired up the netflix application i get a message which said that i can't login
    and what is left to do is to press the exit field button.
    Is someone else face netflix problem before?
    Any suggestions will be apreaciated :(

    Ok
    What do you recommend to check?
    On other devices in my house like boxee box and on my laptop
    I can watch netflix without any problem.
    So the problem probably concern the co star
    any ideas?

    are you connected through WIFI or etherenet? if wifi, check to make sure your internet conenction is still connected and didnt drop off.

    Naw, Oh yeah, pull the power cord, wait about 2 minutes, plug it back in, make sure ALL HDMI cables are pluged tight and firm, got Internet connection, test Netflix again, should work now ... Are you getting one of those new Boxee Box with everthing built IN ...?

    Try rebooting your router.

    If rebooting your router doesn't work then try setting a static IP.

    Also you can try going to your settings and clear all data from the Netflix app. Then sign into your account again.

    I am connected via etherenet.
    Rebooting the router still won't do it for me.

    How and from where can i clear all my data from the Netflix app?

    I only have a Logitech Revue. So this is how I do it with my Revue:

    1) Go to "System Settings"

    2) Go to "Applications"

    3) Go to "Manage Applications"

    4) Scroll down to the Netflix app. Then long press on the Netflix app. This brings up a pop-up menu with the options to "force close" and "clear all data".

    Keep that "Cache Cleaner" on your Co-Star working at all times ...

    Hi Sean,

    Are you still having issues logging into netflix? One way to check if it's the login credentials is to try and login via netflix.com on your computer or browser to see if it works.

    This tool already install and work on my co star.
    Only tommorow i will have time to check and clean netflix data etc...

    No problem login to netflix with all my computer in my house.
    Even boxee box login without any problem
    I am facing problem only with the co star

    Just fired up Netflix app again this morning and.... walla Netflix start working again
    Even i didn't do anything,very strange issue.
    I guess the problem were at Netflix server after all.
