Anyone else having problems? I can start the app but it quickly fails before listing any movies. Netflix works fine on my computer. All my other internet apps work fine on my google TV. I can get into my Netflix queue using Google Chrome but I can't stream. I can stream movies using Crackle. I tried contacting Netflix and they said it's Sony. Before I invest a ton of time on this I thought I'd check here to see if anyone has already had this problem & had a solution.
    thanks

Yes Netflix has a customer service 1888-811-1933. Call them they are very aware of the problem. My Netflix works just fine now.

How do you do a factory reset on the TV?

I called Netflix & spent 15 minutes with them and they couldn't fix it. I told them what I read here and he still couldn't do it. I don't think he knew how to "reset my account". He had me unplug my modem & router, then wait 2 minutes then plug them back in. He thought that would fix it. I told him I have all my internet connections just fine, it's just the Netflix app. And he just couldn't understand.

I know I'll end up having to call Sony I just need to find the time to commit to it because I know it will take hours. I've already had to deal with Sony's customer service and it's very time consuming.

    Thanks

I have a sony google TV. And I found the factory reset and it says it's going to erase all data. What gets erased? Will my favorites be erased?

Call Netflix again tell them your model of your TV and they should have you do this weird button combo to reset you Netflix acct. That's what I did. It sound funny but its true. Good luck.
