I just set my Chomecast up. Netflix works perfect from my laptop, but the android app does not have the icon like the android Youtube app to send it to Chromecast. What am I doing wrong?

Try Revue5's Chromecast troubleshooting tips for Netflix issues:

    http://www.googletvforum.org/forum/google-chromecast/8221-chromecast-tips.html#cctip20tip3

Tip: Deactivate (unlink) Netflix Account > (wait 30min) > reboot Chromecast stick - sign-in to your Netflix Account.
    • To Deactivate Netflix Account,
    Go to www.netflix.com
Login to your Account >"Your Account" > "Manage devices" > Deactivate (takes about 30 min).
    Reboot Chromecast stick
    Sign-in to Netflix Account.

Tip: For WiFi / wired (Ethernet) Connection drop issues,
Reboot Modem & Router & "Ethernet switch" (if applicable) - after the reboot-up process (Modem first wait ... then Router second ... "Ethernet switch" last - then Reboot Chromecast stick. (or have Chromecast stick unplugged from power before Rebooting Modem/ Router )
    Change Router channel /frequency.
Connect directly to a modem - bypass the Router.
Try changing DNS in Router - to Google DNS ( 8.8.8.8 ) or open DNS ( 208.67.222.222 ) - this option is for advance users.

For wired (Ethernet) - Connection drop,
Unplug the Ethernet cable & power cord from Chromecast stick.
Reboot Modem & Router & "Ethernet switch" (if in use) - after the reboot-up process (Modem first wait ... then Router... "Ethernet switch" last).
Plug the Ethernet cable to Chromecast stick.
Plug power cord to Chromecast stick.

    if not,

    try reboot/reset Chromecast stick

    Tip: Reboot Chromecast stick

    Tip: To Performa Factory-Reset

Tip: Reset all A/V & network connected device

That path does not exist on my Netflix account. The closest I get is Your Account> Sign Out of All Devices
I must have 10+ devices connected to my account. I don't want to sign out of all of those to fix 1 device. I tried deleting the Netflix app and re-installing. That did not help. Any other wisdom out there?

I am currently on the phone with Google support. The clueless person on the other end could not tell me anything to get the Netflix app to work. She then tells me that the Bionic is not supported, but can not provide me with any documentation. (I think she is making stuff up) Has anyone heard that the Bionic is not supported with Chromecast?

Definitely a Netflix problem. Netflix app version is controlled by Netflix by specific device. If you root and change buildprop you can get a different Netflix version to load and it will then support Chromecast.
