My new 55GA6400 can't locate ANY Zip code locations

    As the title says,

    I've tried unplugging it, factory resets, putting in ANY zip code and it won't locate.

    The TV is about 3 days old, I can obviously still watch tv from my set top box. I'm using ATT Uverse and the internet is connected by hardwire.

    I contacted LG and they said try unplugging it.

    PLease HELP!

    Assuming you are using AT&T U-verse cable and internet, I would try unplugging the AT&T U-verse modem/router and rebooting. If it still doesn't work, I would try wireless connection to see if the results are the same, you can go back to hardwired after set up. There may be a specific LG issue I am not aware of and an owner may have a quick fix, I don't own an LG display with Google TV to have any first hand experience but in general issues related to obtaining information for Google TV have often been router related. I am also not particularly knowledgeable about proper U-verse Gateway settings even though I used the service for over a year, I had no issues with Google TV and internet access, it worked great.
