My older Revue seems to be losing the video (audio is fine) from time to time.

The TV goes gray then picture comes back on its on after awhile.

I have tried control, alt, delete but not much help there.

How does one do a 'factory reset' ? What else might I try?

By the way my Comcast internet signal is very good. Don't think its a bandwidth issue.
My set-up is a DirecTV HD DVR.

    Thanks!

To do the factory reset push (and hold) the button on the back of the Revue for approximately 40 seconds.

Before you do the factory reset I suggest to try going to Settings ---->Picture & Sound ----->and then "Screen Saver" & "Screen Off Timeout" and adjust those settings for longer time intervals. See if that fixes your problem.

When you don't type on your keyboard for a set period of time the "Screen Off Timeout" kicks in and the screen goes grey. Then using the keyboard brings the video back. From your description it sounds like this could be your issue......

Thanks, the re-set seems to have done it.

How do I get back the apps I had before?

Did Google Play (or the Revue) keep a list of what I had?

If you're signed in to your Google account you can see the apps that you had before on the Google Play web site (you'll see everything except for sideloaded apps):

    https://play.google.com/apps

When I go to that link I only see the apps that are currently on my GTV, not what I had before.

    Ideas?

You should see a section called "Other apps in my library" from that link. Those are all the other apps that you had previously downloaded from Google Play (except for sideloaded apps).
