I don't own a HDTV set yet for reasons too complicated to explain here but I have a Samsung SyncMaster T220HD LCD monitor which has built-in 1080p digital tuner and HDMI input ports. For testing purposes I connected Logitech Revue to the monitor (knowing I won't be able to watch TV) and configured it. The configuration process went quickly and without any problems, but I have horrible resolution when I browse web via Google TV. I tried to set the picture to auto, 720, 1080p and event 1080i and that makes absolutely no difference. I know the monitor is capable of excellent display because I use it on regular basis connected to my MacBook Pro laptop. Does anybody know what might be causing the problem and how to solve it? I would like to do some testing on Google TV and eventually dive into application development but I can't get over the display problem.
