Logitech revue hung in 'downloading update'

    Hi,
    I have one of the pre-release revues. when I originally set it up and used it things were fine. unfortunately I disconnected it for awhile (played around with the boxee box), and now have reconnected it and have been going through set up. goes through screen sizing, internet connection fine, but then checks for system update and goes to 'downloading update' -- for hours and hours. Left it in that state overnight and it just stays there. Any ideas? anyway to hard reset the box? I've already tried disconnecting power and starting over, that's not helping. thx.

    Try pressing Pair/Reset button on the back. If no werkie, try Settings/About for a 'factory reset'..let us know how this works out. :)
