"I have great news about the 3.2 update for Logitech's Revue users. Starting June, 2012. Revue users will start getting the 3.2 update, unfortunately, we don not have the exact dates of the 3.2 update. I really appreciate your patience and cooperation."

Received the above last night after repeated requests into Google and Logitech. The update has arrived in a few cities already.

Received 2nd email with a little more info stating:::
"It is a pleasure to announce you that yesterday (June 4th) a new firmware version was released (Honeycomb 3.2) for the Revue. This update solves a great number of issues the operating system had. This update will be released automatically to all consoles starting today and finishing on June the 7th. "

Its funny that there is no mention of this on Logitech's blog. After all the whining the mods have endured I would think that they would advertise this... Then again it's Logitech.

Who will be the first to offer feedback on 3.2?

I'm surprised no leaked version of this update went out prior the official relase.

Hmmm. Are you the notorious "squeezeon" mentioned in this Logitech Revue thread?

Re: Expect cost reduced Revue replacement as soon ... - Logitech Forums

    From that thread:

"Oh, another day - another squeezon...Let's finish talking about the functionality of this generation of Revue first..."

"Yeah, there are millions of "developers" with a lot of credibility. But you check it against the facts, and then decide. His latest attempt to claim that Honeycomb update is now being sent over the air to set top boxes was just too much.... The only people who can post credible product update info are Logitech employees, and let's keep it that way."

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

And then there was this thread from this forum - where you claimed the Logitech Revue at a Best Buy store already had the 3.1 update back in October (when none of the Revues had received the 3.1 update yet):

    http://www.googletvforum.org/forum/google-tv-general-discussion/3219-its-coming.html#post16299

    From that thread:

The update is supposed to be random incremental based on MAC address, nothing to do with the zipcode we use to find our cable probvider during the setup.

Still if nobody else has anything definitive and squeezon can't provide proof with a picture or something else, this needs to be filed in the rumor category.

This guy announces the update has arrived in a few cities already and then accuses me of being afraid to update. He is a trouble maker and is busted for either not knowing that it's not being rolled out by city or mac address and not providing his zip code.

It's legit: The update is available and by the end of the week your Revues should be updated, if you have any problems just let me know and I'll get back to you as soon as possible.

    Regards, Adrian Logitech Support Specialist.

OK cool. Didn't mean to start an uproar here. But just to be clear about the accuracy of my post - I did ASK you if you were the same Squeezeon that posted on the Logitech Revue forum (and didn't accuse you of that). And your other post on October 27th from this forum was really you (according to the forum logs). No biggie - sorry for the hassle.

This post suggests you are a trouble maker, why not provide your zip code and why have we not seen a larger number who claim they got the update by now? Are you posting under more than one alias here to stir the pot? You seem to be nothing more than a troll so you are going to get banned for this.
