I just recently purchased the Revue, I do not have cable and using a HDTV antenna but I get no tv. What is the SDPIF used for?

    Hi

The Revue will not control OTA (Over The Air) channels. You need to view the digital channels via your television.

The SDPIF is for Audio used with certain components that allow for audio out on devices that support video and audio in only. Since you are probably using an HDMI cable, both video and Audio is provided via your HDMI port.

    TY!

My use of the KISS rule may have been a tad bit overdone.
