I have set it up to power it off Tv, all other work A/V, STB, Etc. It recognizes the Model Tv, it just wont do any thing. I tried to configure it in Input Devices, still no go. It is a older Vizio L37HDMI. Any Help would be appreciated.

There are only two TV functions that are preassigned on the Logitech Revue if you also have a STB and AV Receiver. That is [TV Power] to toggle the television's power and [Fn]+[TV Power] to toggle the television's inputs. If you go into the GTV settings > Input device > Customize Controller key try assigning or teaching an IR command for your TV to the [Fn]+[Q] button to see if the operates as expected.

It is also possible that they IR signals from the Logitech Revue are being disrupted and the television's IR sensor is unable to recognize the commands. Try using the Revue's optional mini-IR blaster to reduce the distance and direct the signal directly to your televisions IR sensor. This may help.
