I'm a Revue refugee. I had enough and decided to upgrade

I got a new nsz-gs7 today. I am very happy with it so far. However, I want to disable the onscreen volume display when I raise or lower the volume ("av receiver: vol+" or -) I've searched and am coming up empty. Can someone out there help me out?

    Cheers in advance!

I would say try to get used to it... (very few devices have the option to disable it). I have high-end AVR's w/ onscreen volume display & no way to disable it either...

    :)

Thanks for the reply. I have a high end denon and was able to disable the on screen guide.

Bummer about the sony. I'm sure that I will get used to it.

At least I don't have to use the revue.

Thanks again! The logitech camera was my major motivation to change. In addition, I was growing tired of the slow system, buffering issues (e.g., youtube), and lack of 3d support.
