The new TV will be launched in Australia shortly after the global launch. Hisense will be the only brand to offer the new look Google TV service. According to Google sources, the "significantly" upgraded TV service will have a cleaner look and will deliver access to a new range of content spanning movies, music and YouTube content. The new software also delivers AirPlay-type capabilities, allowing Android phones to stream media directly to a TV. According to Andre Iannuzzi, Marketing Manager of Hisense Australia, the new Google TV service will be built into a Hisense XT780 TV. It will also be available via a separate media player box, Pricing for Australia has not been set. Speaking at CES Iannuzzi said "We are the global launch partner for this new TV offering and from what we have seen this will be an exciting offering".
