Hello all. I am new to the forums and new to Google TV. I have kept tabs on GTV ever since it was first hinted by Google a couple years ago, but we finally pulled the trigger this Christmas. We cut the cable cord this time last year. I know GTV is not considered a cable substitute, but it sure does help. Just about everything I need is available OTA or on Netflix. The big kicker was ESPN3, and having something that was easily connected to the TV without having to set up a laptop. I have high hopes for GTV, but even if the Revue is unable to evolve from its current form it is worth it to me solely based on its ESPN3 capability. I knew going into it that cutting the cable cord last year would require some sacrifices. For just $99, the Revue added back that functunality. I'm sure I'll have tons of questions (already have one posted). Thanks for the great site!
