Since this morning when i tried to search app on google play i get this message :
" "We're sorry, there was an error. Please try again later,"
The app open but when you try to get in to any app then you get this message.
Any others facing this problem today?

I just got my Costar last night and plugged it in, and noticed the same thing whenever I tried to view any apps in the Google Play Store. This is after applying the OTA update.

I just got the error message using a Logitech Revue, definitely a Google problem. A simple workaround if you have a PC, is to use the Google Play store and send the app to all devices. I have 4 Android devices now, 3 Google TV boxes and an HP TouchPad, and that is easier than going to each box anyway. All of the Google TV apps added should just automatically install once the problem is fixed after selecting install using the PC. They might even install before this error is fixed, I don't know what causes it. I installed quite a few apps yesterday by this method.

    Thanks for the info
I know the walk around option that you offer.
I just wanted to clarify that the problem is not concerning my costar

This is a good idea, I tried it out this morning and it works well. For some reason though I noticed that the Pandora app in the web store indicates that it is not compatible with my Costar, but when I go into the store from the Costar itself, Pandora shows up as one of the featured apps.

I get the same error message on my Logitech Revue when using the Google Play Store app - however I tried using the Google Play Store web site with Chrome browser (on my Revue) and that is working good. I was able to search apps and download apps:
