    Hi,

Just bought a new TV, a Sharp LC-60LE745U, and am unable to add it to my Revue due to receiving this error:

"user is not authorized to access this buttonmap (3541851,351863,8104324)"

The Revue knows the Sharp model, but the error is received after I am asked which HDMI port I can the Revue connected to the TV. It's connected to HDMI 1, but then this error is given and I can only retry or cancel. Doesn't matter which port I choose, always the same error. I've unplugged the Revue to reboot, but no change.

Any suggestions on how to resolve this error or what it even means? Going to have to return the TV if I cannot get the Revue to control it, because I'm not giving up the awesome keyboard remote. :)

    Thanks,

    Rick

Answering my own question. A factory reset of the Revue (not just powering off and on) was able to resolve the problem.
