Love my GTV and loath TWC - everything was working great until TWC upgraded our cable box Scientific American 8300 HD now we cannot see a signal for more than 15 seconds before it start cutting out. Is anyone else having or had these issues or is it time for cable box number 6 in three years?
Anything Internet based Netflix and HBOGO, etc. works fine which leads me to think it is a TWC box issue.

Any suggestions would be welcomed... (I've done the basics and rebooted everything, but no factory resets - yet...)

    Thanks,
    Brian

The SA 8300 was known for being problematic with the Logitech Revue. As Catfishrivers said, probably HDCP issues. See if TIme Warner can provide you with an 8240hd model. It's actually a newer model, even though the numbers are less, but it solved the similar issues I was having with the 8300 HD model. I'm with cox cable, but it sounds like they both use scientific Atlanta cable boxes.
