    Disney, YouTube in movie deal - Entertainment News, TV News, Media - Variety (click for full article)

    "Walt Disney Studios has struck a deal with Google-owned YouTube to make its films available for rental on the website.The pact includes hundreds of titles from Disney, DreamWorks and Pixar, including "Alice in Wonderland," "Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides" and "Cars 2."

    Technically that thread was about a deal between Google and Disney for Disney to produce new original web content for YouTube.

    There was a new different deal signed just today specifically for Disney movie titles to be made available on YouTube as rentals.

    I suppose this could of all been posted in the one thread. No biggie.
