    Hi all.
I bought the Sony Google TV 40" last week. My biggest gripe is issues im having with the controller. sometimes the right finger pad is just un-resposnsive. The rest of the controller will work fine ... the left pad and all the buttons respond, but when I try to scroll with the cursor using the optical finger pad it seems that randomly it just doest recognize my finger movements. but other times it works fine. any suggestions?

Take a cotton swab and clean the window of the Optical Finger Sensor (OFS). The way it is recessed into the button, it traps oils and grime which needs to be routinely cleaned for best performance.

I've also found that the adjusting the sensitivity can help.A
For me, at least, I get better response using the "pad" of my thumb rather than the tip of my thumb and doing so lightly... the more pressure, the less it seems to want to cooperate!
