    Has anyone tried using another media player through a usb hub connected to the Co-Star? I'm running out of ports on my avr and would like to know if you had any success. Playon plays better through my WD TV Live HD. I guess I could always play swap out but, it is a little inconvenient. Thanks

    I have an AppleTV combined with my co-star:

    [ATV2]>---hdmi--->[Co-Star]>---hdmi--->[TV]

    It works great!

    I'm not sure what you mean about usb though??? Are you confusing a 'usb hub' with a 'hdmi switch'?

    I 'm sorry, I meant using a HDMI switch. By the way can anyone recommend a good HDMI switch? I have not had good luck with the 2 I bought but, they were cheapies.

    Monoprice should have an affordable HDMI switch with 4 inputs, check their site.

    Yes I know but I would like a recommendation from someone that has had good results from a particular brand and model because I have not had good results with the 2 previous ones I bought.
