When I click the icon it goes to a blank screen. Is anyone else having this problem? I've already rebooted the box and that didn't fix it. Thanks for any input
I've had the problem before. One time I was able to get it to work by going to settings and clearing the data from the Chrome app. However a second time this happened the above fix didn't work - so my only solution was to do a full factory reset which worked. To do the factory reset - push (and hold) the button on the back of the Revue for approx. 45 seconds.
Thanks Catfish, clearing the data did it for me. I guess I may have a factory reset in my future though. Cheers!!!!
