    Just saw this one twitter!

    Google TV Team

    Sony releases an update to #GoogleTV devices this week. Chrome works faster and you can now watch 3D Blu-ray. What's the first movie?

    It sounds like good news for Sony Google TV users. If Google did the work to improve Chrome performance, it could be possible to adapt it for the Revue but if Sony did it, I would guess we are out of luck.

    You realize like all distributed Android updates are going to be released gradually. A small handful at the beginning then it'll slowly ramp the numbers up each day for about a week. Then at the beginning of next week it'll be a free for all to those who haven't got it yet.

    Got notice this morning when I turned the TV on that that the update was available so downloaded it. Haven't really checked it out yet.

    Woke up today and had the update. Chrome is a lot faster. I am pleased. :)

    Got this update this morning for my Sony 46". Only had a few minutes to play with it, but chrome is much faster, especially when it comes to scrolling and flash video.

    Can anyone who got the update confirm that 3D blu rays will play on their set top box?

    I have played 3d Bluray of BOLT this morning using it.. Didn't got all the way to the end but IT does play... It autoswitches to 3D too... don't have to hit the 3d button on the TV.

    I agree. The Revue doesn't even have a disc drive therefore the 3D update included with Android 3.2 for the Sony NSZ-GT1's would be a moot point.
