My home video camera downloads to my computer an mpeg2 format in an .m2t container. Sony did not advertise that they would support this format so I have no right to expect it but if they actually work after the update I will be beyond excited. (I also have some older .avi home videos that don't play so now you have me all anxious for the update so I can check).

It sorta seems to be a little more snappier than before.
At least I think it runs smoother and faster..

I've noticed a lot of good things with the GTV interface and apps in it, but the Live TV on mine is very choppy I have noticed. I know its not the TV as I have tested without my google tv box and it works perfect. I am hoping this will be fixed in another update soon as this was not a problem before this update.

The Netflix update is awesome! I was annoyed that it had the old interface and crappy quality but now its identical to PS3 in interface and HD 5.1! SWEET!

I'll have to admit that I haven't checked this out yet, but .iso and .ts playback would be great and .flac for audio files is must have, hi-res would be sweet.

The 5.1 audio beta for my DirecTV HD DVR through my SONY Google TV BD player is so welcome. Keep 'em coming please!
