can NSZ-GT1 be used as wi-fi music player?

    i just got my NSZ-GT1 and updated it to 3.1.

    just curious if i can use it as wi-fi music player? just like Logitech squeeze box. use my android phone to control music playing?

    Yep, you just need to download an app that has DLNA server on it or DLNA "push to" capabilities. That will allow you to "play to" the Sony Google TV device. I do that with media:connect with my iPad/iPhone, and I'm sure there are similar apps for your Android Phone.

    actually what i want is to make google tv behave as logitech squeeze box, which plays music itself, no dlna involved.

    ideally install squeezeserver on google tv and then squeezeremote on andriod phone or ipeng on iphone. basically phone is just a remote which controls music player on google tv, instead of dlna music to google tv.

    i searched around and got surprised nobody asks this kinda feature:(
