I suppose that technically Pandora isn't a radio station - but I like it because it's a GTV app and the music will continue playing while I surf the internet. Unfortunately with Tune-In radio you will need to stay on their web site to listen to the radio streams with GTV - (once you leave their web site to surf the internet the streams stop playing).

I have had some success in getting NPR to continue playing when I surf the web - this when I access it with Chrome.

Why not just open another tab?
