Well in my opinion the Revue is the best. However the author of this article states that he is reserving judgement on the Revue until the Honeycomb update comes out. Fair enough. The author likes the Roku 2 the best overall - because it has a larger selection of content. He does state that the Apple TV interface is better:

I own all three and they all do things that the others can't.

    The Roku gives me Hulu.

The jailbroken AppleTV gives me XBMC for ubiquitous content support.

The Revue gives me a better TV experience.

With that said, if the Revue can provide complete media format support and add Hulu, I'd have no need for the other two.

I only own the Revue but read about the products and formed my opinion that Google TV was superior as is and will improve the most, making the gap even bigger.
