I still use the Cube daily. However, the restriction to Honeycomb is starting to wear. I would love to try stock Android 4.x or OpenELEC, or XBMC or anything really. What would that take? Does anyone know how to do that on this device?

Nothing has ever been reported on this forum regarding how to install a different operating system on any Google TV box. I don't think it is possible, or at least not possible in a practical sense as I believe nobody will ever devote the effort and resources to make it happen if it is possible.

OK, I was just floating the idea. It's hard to tell where information might come from. I would much rather run a version of GoogleTV on Android 4.x but I have lost hope waiting for that to happen. Thanks.
